According to the Regulation, processing means a procedure or a collection of procedures which are being performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether with or without automated tools such as collecting, noting, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, searching, insight performance, usage, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or differentiating, harmonizing or combining, restricting, erasing or destroying.
Data Collection:
Data about our customers, visitors to our digital properties and business partners are being collected through available web forms with different purposes – for instance, subscription to the electronic newsletter, showing interest in online materials available for download, as well as through personal contact with our employees at Jelsa Tourist Bord. Data collecting is crucial for a good customer experience and information delivery. The data that are being collected are based on the terms of usage. Purpose and Insight:
Personal data is used for the previously declared purposes. The data will be available to external partners while being processed. Our external partners are reputable EU and globally based organizations which operate in accordance with the EU GDPR Regulation.
